Knit with Aabhar – Pull-Up Stitch Pattern

Pattern Description

---

Pull-Up stitch knitting pattern features clusters of three pulled-up loops on a background of garter stitches.

It is a slightly complex pattern as you will have to make loops from the same point thrice. The knitted fabric is dense, despite having tiny eyelets where the loops have been pulled out. You can use this knitting pattern to design pullovers and cardigans.

CO	Cast on
k	Knit
p	Purl
p2tog	Purl 2 stitches together
rep	Repeat
RS	Right side
st (s)	Stitch (es)
WS	Wrong side
yo	Yarn over

Special stitch:

cluster:

1. k1
2. Insert needle through center of stitch 3 rows below next stitch on needle.
3. yo, pull up a loop, knit stitch above in usual way.
4. Pull up another loop as before through same hole, knit next stitch from needle.
5. Pull up another loop as before through same hole.

Pattern Instructions

CO (Multiple of 6 stitches) + 5 stitches. For example, you can cast on (6 x 3) + 5 = 23 stitches to knit a sample swatch.

Foundation Row:	Knit
Row 1 (RS):	Purl.
Row 2:	Knit.
Row 3:	p1, * cluster, p3; rep from * to last 4 sts, cluster, p1.
Row 4:	k1, * [p2tog] 3 times, k3; rep from * to last 7 sts, [p2tog] 3 times, k1.
Row 5:	Purl.
Row 6:	Knit.
Row 7:	p4, * cluster, p3; rep from * to last st, p1.
Row 8:	k4, * [p2tog] 3 times, k3; rep from * to last st, k1.

Repeat these free knitting pattern instructions (8 rows) until you have reached the desired length for your work.
