Pattern Description
Parallelogram Check Stitch Pattern creates a beautiful texture with horizontal parallelogram shapes interconnected together. It’s an easy combination of knit and purl stitches repeated over 6 rows.
Here’s a fantastic fact about this free knit pattern – it’s a reversible pattern! When you flip the pattern, the knits become purls, and the purls become knits. Because of its reversible texture, the free knit Parallelogram Check Pattern is ideal for making pillows, scarves & blankets.
The Parallelogram Check Stitch Pattern has a brick-check-like appearance with slanting sides and horizontal top and bottom. There is another similar stitch pattern, Vertical Parallelogram Check, that features slanting top and bottom edges while the sides are vertical in orientation.
