Knit with Aabhar – Horizontal Herringbone Stitch
Pattern Description
Horizontal Herringbone knitting stitch pattern resembles a herringbone fabric, creating a fabric with great texture and warmth. It looks almost identical to the Herringbone Single Crochet Stitch.
Although it’s just a 2-row repeat knitting pattern, it is not exactly easy to master. A few things to remember while knitting this pattern are that it uses way too much yarn, and it’s best to knit with needles 2 or 3 sizes bigger than recommended.
No matter what kind of project you choose to feature this stitch, it will look sophisticated, and the distinct horizontal lines will elevate its appearance. This classic herringbone pattern works well with all kinds of home decor projects, scarves, beanies, and cowls.
