Granite Slip Stitch knitting pattern features a mesh of horizontal slipped stitches and a vertical single column of stockinette stitches. It is quite visually similar to Granite Lace Stitch, an openwork knitting pattern.

CO (Multiple of 6 stitches) + 5 stitches. For example, you can cast on (6 x 3) + 5 = 23 stitches to knit a sample swatch.

|Row 2:||* k2, p1; rep from * to last 2 sts, k2.|
|Row 3:||p1, * sl 3 wyif, p1, k1, p1; rep from * to last 4 sts, sl 3 wyif, p1.|
|Row 4:||k1, sl 3 wyib, * k1, p1, k1, sl 3 wyib; rep from * to last st, k1.|
|Row 5:||Rep Row 1.|
|Row 6:||Rep Row 2.|
|Row 7:||p1, * p1, k1, p1, sl 3 wyif; rep from * to last 4 sts, p1, k1, p2.|
