Knit with Aabhar – Pillar Stitch Pattern
Pattern Description
Pillar Stitch Pattern is a beginner-friendly pattern that looks elegant and complex but is quite simple to knit. The columns of purl stitches are the pillars with a crossing yarn over creating a horizontal row in the pattern. It is also popularly referred to as Bamboo Stitch as it is very similar in appearance with a forest full of bamboo stalks.
This pattern creates a nice textured knitted fabric that resembles an all-over ribbing pattern. It is a perfect knitting pattern for large projects such as blankets, afghans, and men’s pullovers.
