Special stitch

bow st: insert the right hand needle into the 4 loops on the other side of the work from top to bottom and slide them onto the left needle. Then, purl 5 stitches (4 loops that were picked up and the subsequent stitch on the left needle) together. This creates the bow shape.

CO (Multiple of 10 + 5) + 2 edge stitches.

Row 1:(RS) – k1tbl, * p5, sl 5 wyif; rep from * to last 6 sts, p5, k1.
Row 2:sl 1, purl all stitches.
Row 3:Rep Row 1.
Row 4:sl 1, purl all stitches.
Row 5:Rep Row 1.
Row 6:sl 1, purl all stitches.
Row 7:Rep Row 1.
Row 8:sl 1, * p5, p2, bow st, p2; rep from * to last 6 sts, p5, sl 1.
Row 9:k1tbl, * sl 5 wyif, p5; rep from * to last 6 sts, sl 5 wyif, k1.
Row 10:sl 1, purl all stitches.
Row 11:Rep Row 9.
Row 12:sl 1, purl all stitches.
Row 13:Rep Row 9.
Row 14:sl 1, purl all stitches.
Row 15:Rep Row 9.
Row 16:sl 1, * p2, bow st, p2, p5; rep from * to last 6 sts, p2, bow st, p2, sl 1.
