This free pattern is written using US crochet terms.

ch	chain
prev	previous
rep	repeat
sc	single crochet
st (s)	stitch (es)
t-ch	turning chain
yo	yarn over

Special stitches:

rev-sc2tog:

1. Insert hook into next st, yo & pull up a loop.
2. Insert hook into prev st, yo & pull up a loop (3 loops on hook).
3. yo & pull through all 3 loops on hook.

Pattern Instructions

Foundation ch: Multiple of 2, plus 2 beg ch.
For example, start with (2 x 12) + 2 = 26 ch for a sample swatch.

Row 1 (RS):	1sc in 3rd ch from hook, * 1sc in next ch; rep from * to end, turn.
Row 2:	ch2 (counts as 1sc), * rev-sc2tog in next sc; rep from * to t-ch, 1sc in t-ch, turn.

Repeat Row 2 of this free crochet stitch pattern until you have reached the desired length for your work.
