Pattern Description

Wavy Eyelet Rib knitting stitch is somewhat like the Fir Cone stitch visually, except the eyelets are in rib columns. Although it is a 16 rows long pattern, there are essentially 4 rows of different instructions which repeat over the remaining rows.

The knitting pattern is perfect for projects with large fabric, like blankets and throws. As there are eyelets all over the knitted piece, it has a good drape.

CO (Multiple of 7 stitches) + 2 stitches. For example, you can cast on (7 x 3) + 2 = 23 stitches to knit a sample swatch.

Row 1 (RS):	* p2, yo, sl 1, k1, psso, k1, k2tog, yo; rep from * to last 2 sts, p2.
Row 2:	k2, * p5, k2; rep from * to end.
Row 3:	Rep Row 1.
Row 4:	Rep Row 2.
Row 5:	Rep Row 1.
Row 6:	Rep Row 2.
Row 7:	* p2, k5; rep from * to last 2 sts, p2.
Row 8:	Rep Row 2.
Row 9:	* p2, k2tog, yo, k1, yo, sl 1, k1, psso; rep from * to last 2 sts, p2.
Row 10:	Rep Row 2.
Row 11:	Rep Row 9.
Row 12:	Rep Row 2.
Row 13:	Rep Row 9.
Row 14:	Rep Row 2.
Row 15:	Rep Row 7.
Row 16:	Rep Row 2.
