Double Fleck Stitch is another easy knitting pattern with tiny seed stitches on top of stockinette stitch background. The repeating diagonal arrangement of stitches is aesthetically pleasing and works especially well on wearable projects like sweater and cardigans.

CO (Multiple of 6 stitches) + 4 stitches. For example, you can cast on (6 x 4) + 4 = 28 stitches to knit a sample swatch.

Row 1 (RS):	Knit.
Row 2:	p4, * k2, p4; rep from * to end.
Row 3:	Knit.
Row 4:	p1, * k2, p4; rep from * to last 3 sts, k2, p1.

Repeat this free knit pattern (4 rows) until you have reached the desired length for your work.
