Cluster Columns Crochet Stitch is a simple yet elegant stitch featuring single and double crochet stitches to make a light and airy fabric.
The pattern is 6 stitches long and repeats over 2 rows. But, as it is just made using double crochet and chain stitches, it is quite easy to learn and make.

Pattern Instructions
Foundation ch: (Multiple of 6), plus 5 beg ch.
For example, start with (6 x 3) + 5 = 23 ch for a sample swatch.
| Row 1 (RS): | dc3tog in 7th, 8th and 9th ch from hook, ch2, sk next ch, 1dc in next ch, * ch2, sk next ch, dc3tog over next 3 ch, sk next ch, 1dc in next ch; rep from * to end, turn. |
| Row 2: | ch1, 1sc in 1st dc, * ch2, sk next ch2-sp, 1sc in next dc3tog, ch2, sk next ch2-sp, 1sc in next dc; rep from * to end, making last sc in t-ch, turn. |
| Row 3: | ch5 (counts as 1dc and ch2), dc3tog in next ch2-sp, next sc and next ch2-sp, * ch2, 1fpdc around dc 2 rows below, ch2, dc3tog in next ch2-sp, next sc and next ch2-sp; rep from * to last dc3tog, ch2, 1dc in last sc, turn. |
Repeat Rows 2 & 3 of this free crochet stitch pattern until you have reached the desired length for your work.
